MAIL FOR THE MAC

Dispatch.

A keyboard-first mail client for Gmail, Microsoft 365 and any IMAP host.

One inbox across all your accounts, a command palette for every action, and a shortcut for almost everything.

What it does

  • Shows the inboxes of all your accounts together, or each account on its own.
  • Reads, searches, stars, archives, moves and deletes mail, and writes, replies to and forwards messages with attachments.
  • Opens every action and folder from a command palette (⌘K), with shortcuts for the rest (press ? to see them).

How it works with your Google account

Dispatch is a desktop app. When you choose Continue with Google, Google asks you to let Dispatch read, compose, send and delete your email. Dispatch needs this access, Google's scope https://mail.google.com/, to reach your mailbox over IMAP and to send mail over SMTP, as every mail client does. It also reads your name and email address to label the account.

Dispatch connects from your Mac straight to Google. There is no Dispatch server: your mail, your contacts and your sign-in never pass through anyone else.

Privacy and terms

The privacy policy describes what Dispatch does with your data, and the terms of service the terms for using it.
